For both classes,
The course CAN be included on the student’s high school transcript with the appropriate form
submitted before the start of the course. This form is available from the student’s counselor. Once
submitted, students may NOT choose to have the class or grade removed. If the grade is included
on the transcript, it is calculated into the GPA on a 4 point scale.
College credit may be earned and transferred to most colleges. Note: this credit may be
transferred to whatever college the student attends, regardless of whether the course was put onto
the high school transcript. At that point, the students would request the transcript be sent directly
from Palomar/ UCSD to the appropriate college.
After completion of Multivariable Calculus, students may enroll in the following classes in the Spring semester:
UCSD Math 20F (Linear Algebra)
Palomar Math 206 (Differential Equations)
