"de facto president of the United States."

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America's military will
intervene as a last resort to resolve the "Obama problem." Don't dismiss it as
unrealistic. Retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney has supplied an affidavit in support of Army Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, who
faces Military Court Martial trial on October 13-15. The retired Air Force threestar is the highest ranking officer yet to lend public support to LTC Lakin. His
affidavit acknowledges widespread concerns over the President's Constitutional
eligibility and demands the President release his birth records or the court
authorize discovery.
McInerney’s sworn affidavit was filed in Court-Martial in support of Lakin’s
motions for subpoenas for all of the presidentís school records, and for a deposition of the custodian of Obama’s birth records in the possession of the State of
Hawaii, i.e., Lina Lingle’s Department of Health records.
Defendant LTC Lakin is a physician, and is in his 18th year of service in the
Army. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Occupational and
Environmental Medicine. He has been recognized for his outstanding service as
a flight surgeon for year-long tours in Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan. He
was also awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan and recognized
in 2005 as one of the Army Medical Departmentís outstanding flight surgeons.
In March of this year, he announced in a video posted on YouTube that he would
refuse to obey orders until receiving proof of the Obama’s eligibility. So far,
more than 225,000 people have viewed that video at http://www.safeguardourconstitution.com. The following are extracts:
The President of the United
States, as the Commander in
Chief, is the source of all military authority. The
Constitution requires the
President to be a natural born
citizen in order to be eligible to
hold office. If he is ineligible
under the Constitution to serve
in that office that fact creates a
break in the chain of command
of such magnitude that its significance can scarcely be imagined.
America isn't the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be
civilized. That it has never happened doesn't mean it won’t. Describing what
may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:
# Officers swear to "support and defend the Constitution of the United
States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Unlike enlisted personnel,
they do not swear to "obey the orders of the president of the United States."
# Top military officers can see the Constitution they are sworn to defend
being trampled as American institutions and enterprises are nationalized.
# They can see that Americans are increasingly alarmed that this nation,
under President Barack Obama, may not even be recognizable as America by the
2012 election, in which he will surely seek continuation in office. [ page 2 ]
Members, friends and visitors celebrated at the recent
annual bon festival. Led by the Rev. Shuji Komagata at morning services at the
Kapaakea Cemetery and evening services, family gathering and ancestors were
celebrated in this traditional Buddhist event, that includes everyone’s Ancestors.
Bon at Soto Mission
Held this year on August 28th at the Soto Mission temple grounds, the bon
dance welcomed the community and visitors as well as family who return for this
special event. Hospice of Molokai volunteers invited everyone to write a special
individual commemoration of an ancestor. The paper streamers were hung above
the church entrance and burned at the end of the evening.
There was food, a country store and the staff from the Japanese Cultural
Museum who offered make and take activities.
The Taiheiji Taiko Group and dancers from Molokai and other islands were
the center piece of the festival, around the yagura. Familiar Fukushima Ondo,
Zumpa Ondo, and Tanko Bushi were crowd favorites, but most just enjoyed the
rhythms, spirited vocalists and the balmy evening.
Thanks to Mrs. Faye Komagata who gave several bon dance sessions before
the event and Derek Iwata, Japanese Cultural Museum outreach coordinator,
more Molokai residents enjoyed participating in the event, celebrating and showing gratitude to ancestors on this special annual event. Domo Arigato Gozaimasu

# They can see that the United States’ economy -- ravaged by deficits, taxes,
unemployment, and impending inflation -- is financially reliant on foreign lender
governments that can turn hostile over night.
# They can see this president waging undeclared war on the intelligence
community, without whose rigorous and independent functions the armed services are rendered blind in an ever-more hostile world overseas and at home.
# They can see the dismantling of defenses against missiles targeted at this
nation by avowed enemies, even as America's troop strength is allowed to sag.
# They can see the horror of major warfare erupting simultaneously in two,
and possibly three, far-flung theaters before America can react in time.
# They can see the nation's safety and their own military establishments and
honor placed in jeopardy as never before.
So, if you are one of those observant military professionals, what do you do?
Wait until this president bungles into losing the war in Afghanistan, and
Pakistan's arsenal of nuclear bombs falls into the hands of militant Islam? Or,
wait until Israel launches air strikes on Iran's nuclear-bomb plants, and the
Middle East explodes, destabilizing or subjugating the Free World?
What happens if the generals Obama sent to win the Afghan war are told by
this president (who now says, "I'm not interested in victory") that they will be
denied troops they must have to win? Do they follow orders they cannot carry
out, consistent with their oath of duty? Do they resign en masse?
Or do they soldier on, hoping the 2010 congressional elections will reverse
the situation? Do they gamble the national survival on such political whims?
Anyone who imagines that those thoughts are not weighing heavily on the
intellect and conscience of America's military leadership is lost in a fool's fog.
Will the day come when patriotic general and flag officers sit down with the
president, or with those who control him, and work out the national equivalent of
a "family intervention," with some form of limited, shared responsibility?
Imagine a bloodless coup to restore and defend the Constitution through an
interim administration that would do the serious business of governing and
defending the nation. Skilled, military-trained, nation-builders would replace
accountability-challenged, radical-left commissars. Having bonded with his twin
teleprompters, the president would be detailed for ceremonial speech-making.
U.S. domestic Military intervention is what Obama's exponentially accelerating agenda for "fundamental change" toward a Marxist state is inviting upon
America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama's radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible.
Assessing the U.S. "Exit" from Iraq
Last week, Obama announced the withdrawal of U.S. combat troops from
Iraq, a pull-out that leaves behind 50,000 military trainers and advisers--ten times
the number of U.S. personnel stationed in Saudi Arabia at the time of the 9/11
domestic terrorist attacks connected with President Bush, Congress, and Israel’s
secret service Mossad. Independent Institute Senior Fellows Ivan Eland and
Charles Peña offer their evaluations.
"In the final analysis, keeping troops--even as military advisers--in Iraq
undermines U.S. security," writes Peña. "Drawing down from the 140,000 troops
that were deployed in Iraq when President Obama took office in January 2009 to
50,000 today is significant progress. But bringing home the last 50,000 troops is
just as important--if not more so."
Eland's assessment pulls no punches. "The Iraq War was not only disastrous," he writes, "it was one of the worst strategic blunders in the history of U.S.
foreign policy. President Obama should not renegotiate the status of forces agreement with any government in Iraq. He should avoid any long-term U.S. military
presence there that could be ensnared in future violence and withdraw the
remaining 50,000 troops before the end of the year."

to all the Obamacare mandates, and even the federal marijuana laws too.
The reality is this – we don’t need approval from the federal government to

dollars a day Government extorts from the people and how little WE get in return; and just how comfortable the politicians make themselves at the expense of the peoples they extort!
The goal of the founders of America was to restrict government within severe limits and to protect the rights of soverign individuals. Government has NO rights!
Judges are impeachable. Furthermore, judges may be removed immediately for violating oaths of office, involvement in conspiracies, extortion, and failing to uphold their duty
to the common law. Judges can also be arrested, they are not exempt from this nor are any other officials, including the President of the United States.
Do the people have the power to do this? Yes, the people have the power to do everything to defend our country against all enemies foreign or domestic politician, and government has no power to say otherwise. Fascist bureaucrats might send out its armed marauders, but a huge group of The People (Militia) armed with guns as guaranteed their Right to
keep and bear arms by the 2nd Amendment is likely to stop them unless the governments decide that it is time to begin mass killings of all people who believe in the rights of Man.
