People who have been affected by a hurricane and need disaster relief or emergency

Provides disaster assistance to individuals, families and businesses. Individuals and
families can apply directly for disaster relief online, or by phone. Each family, regardless
of need, is entitled to $2,000. Applications can be tracked and updated online in the
Individual Assistance Center.
