Welcome
We are delighted through this note to release details of the Exhibitor and Sponsorship
packages for for this year’s AFM conference.
The conference is being held at the Lancaster London Hotel on Tuesday 12th October 2015.
Our members told us they liked the format of last year’s event, but that they wanted more
time for networking and speaking to exhibitors, and a formal dinner instead of the
networking event we provided in 2014. We have duly obliged, with a one-day event, which
seeks to explore the future of mutual insurance, in a world dominated by regulation,
competitive forces and the challenge of scale.
The AFM conference remains an important interface between our members and our
Associates. We are extremely grateful for the support of our Associate members, and hope
they will once again be able to support this event.
I hope that you continue to find your Associate Membership provides you with unique
insight into your sector, and a real opportunity to work with organisations who we know
really value your help and advice. If you think there is anything more that AFM could do to

For four years in succession the Lancaster London has been voted Best UK Hotel in the ‘Meetings’
category by the readers of ‘Meetings and Incentive Travel’ magazine.
The well-designed exhibition space sits directly beside the main auditorium, which is directly
accessed from the exhibition area. Free wi-fi will be provided, and all catering will be provided in the
exhibition space, to ensure maximum visibility of all exhibitors.
