Assignment Overview and Objective:
In the Unit I assignments you explored an occupation related to your college major. Additionally, you discovered
skills and qualities required for working in the occupation, and identified those that you possess. In this
assignment you will consider how some of these skills and qualities were developed while in college. In other
words, you will examine the relationship of your collegiate coursework and activities to your intended or desired
career path, looking at such issues as preparation and suitability to the job.
Answers to the essay questions must be written in paragraph form, using complete sentences; not bullet points.
Also, they must be grammatically correct, and demonstrate evidence of critical thinking.

1. What is your college major and what occupation are you considering pursuing as of this time? Why did you
choose this major and career path? 8 pts.
2. Discuss four courses you took specific to your major that you believe most contribute to your career goal.
State the name of each course, describe key skills and knowledge you acquired from each course, and explain
