Police State Toronto - Terror Drill Caught On Tape -On Sunday April 18th
I received a tip that there would be a terror/civilian evacuation drill in the downtown core which was to
include simulated gun fire, actors resembling accident victims and the participation of Police Tactical
Officers, the Emergency Task Force, and Toronto Fire and EMS.
No one was notified that the drill would be taking place even though it was conducted in the financial district
just a few blocks away from the location of the G20 summit coming to Toronto this June 26th/27th.

6. Meeting on board the Starship CAPRICORN, 5th - 7th November
2007:
There had been a number of discussions in the meantime with St Germain,
Sananda and Commander Soltec on the changing situation. But on 5th November
a series of meetings was held on the Capricorn to finalize events. Not all of this
information can be made public, but there were 45 to 80 participants at the
various meetings, attended by some terrestrials, including a telepath from
Vancouver, Rae Ramsey, who reported on the decisions taken there. To
summarise: There will be a glimpse of the beginning of the Jupiter event (for the
benefit of religious groups), then Cmdr Soltec pulls the switch. Starting in Japan
at night, it will work its way around the globe, with the West Coast of the
Americas being last to take part. The Galactic Federation will then arrange
elimination of pollution on the planet as well as the removal of the Illuminati,

seems that the Soviets - the new world order people - have resorted to suicidal methods with the human society
by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person and every society and culture to induce suicidal thoughts if

There are two different aspects of step two.
The first is the 'space show.' Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images
will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be the fulfillment

onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called

this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out of their beds
and through windows into waiting "mother ships." The calculated resistance to the universal religion and the new

The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as

layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four
corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of
