Note: The recommended employment under a probationary contract as above set out is subject to the
execution of, and compliance with the terms and conditions of, the school district's respective standard,
written, probationary contract, currently in place and as may hereafter be modified by the school district
from time to time at the end of any school year. Employment is specifically made subject to assignment
and/or reassignment by the superintendent at anytime. Such assignment and/or reassignment shall
determine placement on the school district's compensation plan and the number of months of duty; and
employment shall guarantee compensation in the applicable, minimum amount specified under Title 2,
Subtitle D, Chapter 21, Subchapter I of the Texas Education Code, currently in force and as may
hereafter be amended, and the minimum amount specified in the school district's compensation plan,
currently in force and as may hereafter be amended, for the particular assignment. An assignment
specified in the written employment agreement shall not be considered permanent, unless other wise
specified therein.
