“How Boys Become Men” by Jon Katz
Topic:
In “How Boys Become Men,” Jon Katz analyzes the male maturation process. How does Katz explain the
process of how boys learn to be men? Think about Junior, the main character in The Absolutely True
Diary of a Part-Time Indian. Explain the way(s) that Junior does and/or does not conform to explanation
outlined by Katz.
