MANOR FARM OWNERS may be used for lawful purposes only. All guests by signing this form agree to indemnify
and hold harmless WERN FAWR MANOR FARM OWNERS from any claims resulting from the use of SERVICES TO
SITES CONTAINING ADULT OR MATURE CONTENT, OR MATERIAL IN VIOLATION OF ANY UNITED KINGDOM OR
EUROPEAN UNION LAWS.

Note: From 1st October – 31st March we levy an additional charge due to the rise in fuel costs – we make an allowance of 10%
your rental cost towards electricity costs of the cottage that you rent and any excess above this amount will be chargeable on
your departure.
Wern Fawr Manor Farm - Booking Conditions
1. The property hired is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in
the accommodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him. The hirer will be liable for any
costs incurred as a result of any delayed departures.
2. The number of people occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided. The owner is under
no obligation to accept a greater number, even if there is room available at the property let to the hirers. The owner
reserves the right to make an additional charge for extra persons not stated on the Booking Form.
3. No contract shall exist until you send us a signed booking form together with your deposit (see 4 & 5 below) payment
or full rental if within 60 days of your holiday. Your choice is subject to availability, so do check with us or our
availability page on our web site - this booking will be held for seven days, pending receipt of Booking Form together
with your choice of payment. If you like we can send you a Booking Form and Brochure through the post.
4. Deposits - for Self-Catering cottages a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of a booking with the balance being
paid 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of your holiday, then you must pay the rental in full and
send this amount with the Booking Form. Cottages are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement.
5. Deposits - for Bed & Breakfast one night's deposit is required for a booking of up to one week, an extra night deposit
is required for each further week. Rooms are available after 4pm or by prior arrangement.
6. The balance of the rental amount for Self Catering accommodation is payable 60 days before arrival or on departure
in the case of Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
7. In the event of a cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately, whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right
to the balance in full, use our best endeavours to re-let. If re-letting is possible the deposit, less administration costs,
will be returned. To avoid cancellation losses, we advise hirers to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Circumstances may arise where we have no alternative but to cancel your stay. In this situation we will make a
complete refund and try to offer a suitable alternative.
8. All prices shown exclude VAT, as we are not currently VAT registered. However, should this be altered between now
and your holiday, an adjustment will be made at the time of your arrival.
9. All payments must be made in Sterling with a cheque drawn on a British Bank and made payable to Alan HarperSmith or by Bank Transfer or BACS payment (we can provide you with our Sort Code and Account Number) or
internationally via a SEPA-Payment (we can provide you with the relevant IBAN and BIC numbers) or in Cash. All
major cards now accepted - Card fees - debit 1%; credit/charge/MasterCard 2% / 5% AmEx cards.
10. Lettings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis and commence from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m.
on the day of departure. If departure is delayed, the owner reserves the right to re-enter the property.
11. Pets are welcome but must be kept well under control at all times because of farm animals and wildlife. As a courtesy
to future guests please ensure that pets are house trained, kept off the furniture and any mess is cleaned up prior to
departure.
12. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival and either to replace any losses or breakage’s
with items of equal value or pays the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any damage done to
the property.
13. Visitors to Wern Fawr Manor Farm take part in any activities entirely at their own risk. We are requested by our
insurers to advise that we cannot accept liability for any death or personal injury, loss or damage which may be
sustained by our clientele to their property during the period they, or any of them, are at Wern Fawr Manor Farm
except where it arises from the negligence by the owner, its servants or agents. Such liability is in accordance with
our Public Liability Insurance, indemnity limit of £1,000,000.
14. Any WiFi services provided by WERN FAWR MANOR FARM OWNERS may be used for lawful purposes only. All
guests by signing this form agree to indemnify and hold harmless WERN FAWR MANOR FARM OWNERS from any
claims resulting from the use of SERVICES TO SITES CONTAINING ADULT OR MATURE CONTENT, OR
MATERIAL IN VIOLATION OF ANY UNITED KINGDOM OR EUROPEAN UNION LAWS.
15. The property descriptions are believed to be correct at time of going to press. The owners cannot be held responsible
for any errors or omissions contained therein.
