6th Floor, Tower 10-B, DLF Bldg. 10, DLF Cyber City Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana February 2016 I am writing today to announce the opening of the CEB’s 2016-17 Community Investment Grant application process. We are seeking applications from innovative nonprofits in India. About CEB CEB is a best practice insight and technology company. In partnership with leading organizations around the globe, we develop innovative solutions to drive corporate performance. CEB equips leaders at more than 10,000 companies with the intelligence to effectively manage talent, customers, and operations. CEB is a trusted partner to 90% of the Fortune 500, nearly 75% of the Dow Jones Asian Titans, and more than 85% of the FTSE 100. About CEB Corporate Citizenship CEB Corporate Citizenship, the philanthropic arm of CEB, seeks to provide the social sector with the same unparalleled intelligence and resources that CEB provides corporate-sector clients. At CEB, we believe that the most pressing problems facing leaders and their organizations have often been addressed—and solved—by other organizations. This is true in both the corporate and social sectors. At CEB we focus our social sector efforts on driving NGO performance. We have a unique view into what matters—and what works – and we apply proven practices to deliver innovative solutions that unlock the full potential of the social sector. 2016-17 Organizational Development Grants CEB’s 2016-17 Community Investment grants will focus on organizational development for nonprofits. Through these grants, CEB seeks to support nonprofits that have been working to solve their organizational challenges and build internal capabilities. Our goal is to provide progressive social-sector organizations with the financial support, insight, and tools necessary to increase their impact. CEB Organizational Development Grants will be awarded to organizations based on a number of factors, including 1) the organizational development challenge(s) faced by the leadership team 2) the opportunity for the organization to use CEB assets and engage CEB staff, 3) social impact and organizational success, and 4) organizational readiness, including proven relationship management capabilities. We seek to develop strong relationships with nonprofits by providing financial grants and using our resources to help them. We are continually looking for ways to engage our employees with our nonprofit partners. An ideal grant applicant will have a robust set of organization or capability development challenges that could potentially be addressed by our resources and create volunteer opportunities and potential areas of engagement for CEB staff in multiple locations in India. Thank you for your interest. Should you have any questions regarding CEB, our corporate citizenship programs, or our development grants, please contact Lisa Landis (llandis@cebglobal.com) or Devika Nair (denair@cebglobal.com).
