Place Date Signature REGULATIONS OF SAN FILIPPO NERI ARCHIEPISCOPAL UNIVERSITY COLLEGE FOR OCCASIONAL STAYS 1. It is compulsory to pay the top of attention in following the regulations concerning fire and safety rules . In each room and on each floor are signalled the emergency exits and the nearest fire equipments. In case of emergencies guests are required to follow the instructions. Overnight there is a security guard in the Boarding School. In case of actual emergency he can be called at the internal number 813. 9. Guests are directly responsible and vouch for the behaviour of their relatives or friends invited to the Boarding School, who are not allowed to get to floors unless expressly authorized by the director or tutor; they can however stay in common areas. At evening they are supposed to leave the Boarding School by 23. Their getting in and out from the Boarding School will have to be recorded by the person in charge of the bureau: they should therefore refer to him. 2. The College opening hours are: on weekdays from 7.45 to 23.45 on Saturday from 8.30 to 23.55 on Sundays and holidays from 9.30 to 23.55 The College doesn’t have a night concierge service, insofar it is possible to come back after midnight, asking for key. 10. Each room is furnished with a direct line telephone to receive calls. Outside calls should be made by ways not involving the Boarding School in any expense, with the exception of emergency calls. Guests have to dial number 9 or 650 to call the porter’s lodge. 3.For safety reasons it is compulsory for guests to leave their room key at the bureau every time they go out from the Boarding School. 11. No kitchen service is available in the Boarding School. There are however some food and drink dispensers, allowing guests to have breakfast in the morning. 4. Should the guests need to stay outside the Boarding School overnight, they will have to fill in and subscribe a special notification on the register placed in the bureau. The accommodation period will not be interrupted by the possible absence from the Boarding School during weekends. 12. The computer hall is a study hall, therefore no videogames are accepted inside it. No programmes can be installed on computers and their settings can’t be changed. 5. The evening closing operations of the various Boarding School areas start at 23.00. For safety reasons all elevators are stopped and common areas are closed overnight. 6. From 23.00 to 7.45 is compulsory to keep absolute silence everywhere inside the Boarding School. At any hour of the day is however required a behaviour quite respectful of the exigencies of study and rest of each Boarding School student. 7. In order to allow cleaning operations, guests are required to leave their rooms in scheduled days and on the assigned staff request, from 9.30 am. Rooms should be kept decent and tidy. Possible damages to walls and furniture will be charged. 8. Guests commit themselves to follow the Boarding School educational and operative rules, also keeping in mind the spirit of the Institution (Archiepiscopal Boarding School for University students). The director, as far as he can judge, can expel, even with immediate effect, guests who are not respecting it. 13.Devices with power higher than 1000 watt can’t be kept and used inside the rooms. 14. It is forbidden to smoke in all Boarding School areas, except in one’s own room. Smokers should correctly behave as to avoid causing fire hazard and disturbing other guests. 15.. In case of undutiful bookings, not cancelled at least 72 hours before check in, 1/3 of the room daily rate, multiplied for the number of booking days, will have to be however paid. 16. Guests will pay a deposit on their arrival and will settle before their leaving. Payments can’t be made by credit cards or automatic teller. 17. Check in can be made from 12 am and check out has to be made by 10 am. 18. All rooms and study halls are covered by wireless Internet connection. Those who ask to use this kind of connection are subject to specific rules. Access keys are provided for strictly personal use.
