The Bluebell Conference and Banqueting Suite is a purpose-built establishment with a capacity
to seat 220 people. For those who require a smaller meeting room we can also accommodate
up to 24 delegates in our brand new modern Fairway meeting room.
The rooms are ideal for presentations, exhibitions, sales conferences, products launches,
training, interviewing, auctions and workshops.
With state of the art I.T equipment such as FREE Wi-Fi Access, large Projector screen, p.a.
system, natural day light and air conditioning, the Bluebell Conference and Banqueting Suite is
the perfect place for you.
With many different types of room layouts which include Cabaret, workshop and theatre style
we are certain we can accommodate you.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings will be provisional until a deposit is paid or a purchase order number received
within 14 days of the booking taken. We reserve the right to sell the room if a deposit
is not paid within the said 14 days.

Provisional number of delegates or guests, room layout and menu choices will be asked
for at the time of booking. New Country Inns Ltd reserves the right to set a minimum
number of delegates to be charged.

Not less than 28 days prior to the event, the client is to update New Country Inns Ltd
with the number of guests attending the conference or event, details on timings, room
layout and menu options, including any special dietary requirements. A complete
rooming list should be provided for overnight delegates.

At not less than 7 days prior to arrival the client is to provide New Country Inns Ltd
with all final details. An invoice will be created and calculated on the final numbers
attending.

Cancellations with advance notice of more than 90 days – no charge
30 – 42 days 25%
7 – 29 days 50%
Less than 7 days 100%

If the client gives less than 7 days notice of a lesser number of guests, New Country
Inns Ltd reserves the right to charge for the full price per person of the persons not
attending.

Prices are subject to variation and New Country Inns Ltd reserves the right to change
prices without notice up to 90 days prior to an event.

Payment must be paid 30 days prior to an event taking place, unless credit facilities
with New Country Inns Ltd are in place, and in this case an invoice must be paid within
30 days of receipt.

New Country Inns Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss of any property
belonging to the client either prior, during or after an event held at the Hotel.

New Country Inns Ltd retains the right to cancel a booking without obligation in the
unlikely event of fire, dispute, alterations or decorations incomplete, or any order of
the Local Authority.
