New Country Inns Ltd reserves the right to set a minimum number of delegates to be charged. Not less than 28 days prior to the event, the client is to update New Country Inns Ltd with the number of guests attending the conference or event, details on timings, room layout and menu options, including any special dietary requirements. A complete rooming list should be provided for overnight delegates. At not less than 7 days prior to arrival the client is to provide New Country Inns Ltd with all final details. An invoice will be created and calculated on the final numbers attending.
