Human Body Systems Final Project
You and your group will have a week and a half to complete your Human Body Systems science final project. Your
time will be divided among a writing component to be completed during writing time, and a science project
display component to be completed during Science time.
Writing Component
You will be combining all of your writing about the human body systems into one big essay. This is an
independent component of your project. Everyone will have one large essay. You will need to include quotes
from the articles we read in class into your writing. Finally you will need to create a Bibliography page listing all of
the articles we’ve read in class which supported you in your writing. It is your job to rework some of the
introduction and conclusions to support a seamless transition combining all of these writing pieces.
Science Component
You will use your independent research to work with your group to make a recycled human body system. On
butcher paper, you will outline one of your bodies. After gaining enough research you will use recycled materials
to construct and label the parts of your body system. Remember the goal is to make each organ and part of the
body as realistic as possible. There are many websites out there that show how to make systems that somewhat
work. Be creative and have fun!

labels. Creativity is missing. Essay written but 1 essay component is missing: introduction, respiratory and circulatory system essay, skeletal and
muscular system essay, digestive and nervous system essay, conclusion. Bibliography may be completed or missing.
