Finally, a proper organisation as well as technological infrastructure must be put in place. Human Resources Administration - The management of human resources administration functions such as Personnel management, Contract management and financial management. Learner Administration and Management - This function describes the administration and management of the relationship with the learners, training providers, recruitment agencies, employers and steering committee. Reporting - This function describes the gathering and presentation of information and the compiling of useful, accurate and timely management reports.
