I once served Ryan Gosling nachos at a local cinema (star of The
Notebook, Blue Valentine). He was disappointed we didn’t carry hot
dogs, but I charmed him into the nachos nonetheless. This is my
most significant celebrity encounter, and dare I say a Top 10 life
moment – behind the marathon, of course.
