the second traffic light, the intersection of Route #281 and Route #41, turn right onto Route #41 (at this point
#41 is also called Clinton St). The school is located on your left about 1/8 mile.
Alternate route to the Intermediate/Jr. High: If traveling south on I-81, you may take the Preble Exit #13. Off the exit
continue south on Route #281. You will travel approximately five miles. The first traffic light you come to will be
at the intersection of Routes 281 and 41 in Homer. Turn left at the light onto Route 41 (which at this point is
also known as Clinton St.).The school is located on your left about 1/8 mile.
HOMER ELEMENTARY – located just off Main Street on Park Place: From I-81 North or South take the Homer Exit
#12. Merge to the right lane of the exit ramp. You will follow the signs for Homer - Route #11 exit (blue hospital
signs also appear). Proceed off the Route #11 Homer exit. Enter the left lane, and turn left onto Route #11
north. Route #11 is also Main St. You will travel less than 1 mile. The Elementary School will be on your left,
sitting back from the road behind a large area, called the Village Green. The Fire Station and Library are
across the street. Park Place is a left turn located at the end of the Village Green. A blue house sits on the
corner of Main St. and Park Place. The school is “sandwiched” between two churches.
CALALE FIELD – located on Route #281 From 1-81 North or South, take the Homer Exit # 12. Stay on the exit ramp all
the way to the end to the traffic light. (You will actually be following Ithaca signs for route 281.) Turn right at the
light (this will put you on Route #281 N). Proceed north on route #281 through one traffic light (about ½ mile).
Calale Field will be on your left hand side. There is a flagpole and sign near the road side; the field sits back in
from the road.
CASEY'S FIELD – located off Route #11 just outside Homer From I-81 North or South take the Homer Exit #12. Merge
to the right lane of the exit ramp. You will follow the signs for Homer - Route #11 exit (blue hospital signs also
appear). Proceed off the Route #11 Homer exit. Enter the right lane, and turn right onto Route #11 south.
Continue traveling south on Route #11 for approximately 2/10 of a mile. Casey’s Field is located on your left,
sitting back from the road (behind Rick & Rich towing).
CORTLAND COUNTRY CLUB – located off Route #281 in Homer: From 1-81 North or South, take the Homer Exit #
12. Stay on the exit ramp all the way to the end to the traffic light. (You will actually be following Ithaca signs for

Club will come up almost immediately on your left. There’s a large white house located on the corner of the

LITTLE YORK PARK – located on Route #281 If from the North or South on I-81 take the Preble Exit #13. Off the exit
continue south on Route #281. You will travel through the village of Preble (through a flashing light) and

HIGH SCHOOL (Ed Wadas Complex): NYS Thruway east to Exit 33 (Vernon Verona) Take Rt. 365 East, which
becomes 49E in Rome. Take the Rt. 291 exit (Marcy Business District) and turn left at the end of the ramp. HS

69 (Oriskany Blvd.). Proceed to third traffic light and turn right onto Clinton St. School is approximately 5 miles
on Clinton St. on the right.
WESTMORELAND ROAD ELEMENTARY: Follow HIGH SCHOOL directions to the Rte 291 exit... At Rt. 291 exit, turn
right onto Rt. 291. Go approximately one mile and at traffic light turn left onto Rt. 69 (Oriskany Blvd.). Proceed
