Objective To use the calculator to find the LCM and GCF of two or more numbers
Least Common Multiples and Greatest
Common Factors can be found by
accessing the MATH key. Use the right
arrow to find the NUM (number) menu.
Use
until you find:
LCM

GCD
9. gcd(
The calculator refers to the GCF as
the GCD, greatest common divisor.

Key Press
Go to the HOME screen.
Press the MATH key.
Arrow to the right to NUM.
Solution: The LCM is 24.
Select 8. lcm(.
Find the GCD of 24 and 36.
Key Press
Go to the HOME screen.
Press the MATH key.
Arrow to the right to NUM.
Solution: The GCF is 12.
Select 9. gcd(.
Find the LCM.

2. 6 and 15
3. 9 and 12
5. 45 and 60
6. 18 and 54
Find the GCF.
4. 20 and 30
7. Find the LCM of 4, 6 and 10.
Hint
Find the LCM of 4 and 6, and then find
the LCM of the answer and 10.
