SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION
P.G.Diploma in PL/CL/ML – 8th & 9th December, 2012
1. Eligibility :
1. 2011-12 Batch – Failed candidates, absent candidates & candidates who did not take the
exam in April 2012.
2. 2010-11 Batch - Failed candidates, absent candidates & candidates who did not
appear for the exams before .
2. Exam Centre:
The Supplementary exams will he held only at Hyderabad centre. The venue details will be sent
in the Hall ticket.
Note: Out station candidates will have to make their own arrangements for travel and
accommodation at Hyderabad.
3. Continuation Fee & Examination Fee:
1. 2011-12 Batch - Only Examination fee of Rs.500/- per paper has to be paid.
[ For example : for 4 papers – 4 X Rs.500 = Rs.2000 ]
2. 2010-11 Batch – Failed candidates or absent candidates in April 2012 exams need not
pay the Continuation fee again. Only Examination fee of Rs.500/- per paper has to be
paid.
[ For example : for 4 papers – 4 X Rs.500 = Rs.2000 ]
3. 2010-11 Batch - Failed candidates, absent candidates in Supplementary Exams
held in November, 2010 & Candidates who did not take the exam either in November,
2011 or in April 2012, will have to pay the Continuation fee of Rs.1000/- per paper in
addition to the Examination fee of Rs.500/- per paper.
[ For example : for 4 papers – Examination Fee - 4 X Rs.500 = Rs.2000 & Continuation
fee - 4 X Rs.1000 = Rs.4000 ]
4. Convocation Fee:
Convocation fee of Rs.1000/- has to be paid, if not paid earlier.
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION
1. NALSAR Proximate Education office has shifted from Hyderguda to our Main
Campus at Shameerpet. Address given below.
2. The prescribed fee should be paid as Demand Draft on the name of the ‘Registrar,
NALSAR Proximate Education”, payable at Hyderabad.
3. The Examination Form along with DD has to be sent by Speed Post / Bluedart
courier / Professional courier addressed to
