DAY 01: ISTANBUL
Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.
DAY 02: Istanbul Full day Tour / Byzantian & Ottoman Relics (Breakfast / Lunch)
We begin our tour from the Sultanahmet district, the heart of old Istanbul at Agia Sophia. Built by Emperor
Justinian in the 6th century AD this church is one of the marvels of world architecture. Its massive dome
dominates the skyline of old Istanbul. It is famed for its mosaics, including glittering portraits of emperors
and empresses. Next we visit the Blue Mosque, which owes its name to the exquisite tiles adorning its
interior. Dating from the 17th century, it is the only imperial Mosque with six minarets. The Hippodrome,
the stadium of ancient Byzantium, held 100.000 spectators and featured objects from all corners of the
empire. With its four monuments the German Fountain of Wilhelm II the Obelisk of Theodosius , the
bronze Serpentine column and the Column of Constantine,
The Grand Bazaar was the commercial heart of the old city and its 4.000 shops are full of treasures including carpets and kilims, silks, jewelry, ceramics, icons and leather goods. After lunch continue your
tour at Topkapi Palace which, from the 15th to 19th century, was the principle residence of the Ottoman
Sultans. Little Agia Sophia Mosque is known as one of the oldest standing churches in Istanbul dating back
to 6th century. It is early domed-basilica architectural plan of famous Agia Sophia which was applied here
first time in the history.
DAY 03: ISTANBUL (Breakfast)
Visit to the Egyptian Bazaar which is from 17th century. Next embark on a cruise along the Bosphorus, the
beautiful strait that divides Europe from Asia. Winding between wooded hills, it is lined with mosques,
castles, 19th century mansions, picturesque villages and extravagant baroque places of the late Ottoman
Sultans.
DAY 04: ISTANBUL / Athens (Breakfast)
According to your flight departure time, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Athens.
Welcome to Athens!! A city that offers a unique mix of rich archaeological sites, panoramic views and a
vivid cultural life in the fields of the performing arts, music and the worldwide famous nightlife. Upon arrival
at the airport you are met by our friendly representative and transferred to your hotel where there is time
to settle in and relax.
DAY 05: ATHENS (Breakfast)
Morning guided sightseeing tour starting with the Panathenaic Stadium, the Temple of Olympian Zeus,
Hadrian´s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the
National Library and Constitution Square (Syntagma). Your tour will be followed by a visit to the Acropolis,
the Parthenon, the Erectheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. Tour ends with a visit to the impressive
Acropolis Museum that houses 4,000 priceless finds from the Acropolis monuments. The afternoon free to
walk at charming historic districts at the foot of the Acropolis- Anafiotika, Plaka, Monastiraki and Thissio
with pedestrian streets full of shops and restaurants, and picturesque ruins from the city's Roman era.
DAY 06: ATHENS/SANTORINI (Breakfast)

Morning transfer to port to embark the ferry to Santorini (07:30-15:30) . Upon your arrival you will be
transferred to your hotel with free time to enjoy the stunningly gorgeous Greek isle that it’s rumored in
legend to be the lost city of Atlantis. Free to walk in the paths of Fira, the picturesque capital of Santorini;
perched high up on the edge of the Caldera and enjoy the views of the volcano, ocean, white-washed
buildings, and blue domed churches.
DAY 07: SANTORINI (Breakfast)
Day at leisure to visit Oia, Firostefani and Imerovigli and relax while appreciating the most beautiful sunset
in the world, drinking some famous traditional wine. There are no words that can describe the beauty, the
unique atmosphere, and the feelings that this gem island emits to its visitors
DAY 8: SANTORINI / ATHENS (Breakfast)
Morning at leisure. Opportunity to do your last souvenir shopping for friends and family back home.
Afternoon transfer to the port to embark the ferry to Piraeus port in Athens (15:30-23:30). Arrival in
Athens and transfer to your selected hotel.
DAY 9: ATHENS /AIRPORT (Breakfast)
According to your flight departure time, you will be transferred to Athens airport to get the flight back
carrying in your ´´luggage´´ the wonderful memories of Greek Attractions.
