1. Complete and signed application
2. One-page description of your interests and objectives in higher education and their relation to AIAA’s
purpose
3. Two to five page description of Major Reuben H. Fleet and his pioneering accomplishments in aviation.
(MLA Format or AIAA Format, citing at least 2 non-internet or scholarly sources, i.e. articles, journals,
newspapers)
4. Official Transcripts
5. Academic Letter of Recommendation from a high school teacher (for high school seniors) or university
instructor

6. Sponsor Letter of Recommendation from AIAA Professional Member
