"Autoimmune aortic antigens in abdominal aortic aneurysm."
This grant has been the only extramural support for the laboratory of Dr. Tilson over the time period captionedabove. Substantial acquistion of experimental data has been accomplished, much of which is summarized in the
following section . Manuscripts describing these results are in preparation, and some are already in editorial
review. In addition, thirteen complete or partial cDNA sequences (which may be significant in the
pathobiology of AAA disease) have been reported to GenBank during this period of support. These files are
also noted below. The funding period for this grant lapses on Sep 30, 2003; and the PI has no new proposals
either funded or pending, except for the present application with PI Joseph Ianelli.
