The Buccaneer Beach House at Whistle Point

Located on the beachfront in prestigious Estate Shoys, Whistle Point is a short walk or
drive to the adjacent resort, where full privileges are extended to villa guests when
purchasing the Hotel, Villa and Car Package.
A spacious pool and deck area offer spectacular views of the Caribbean, Buck Island and
the mountains to the west, as does the central Great Room with glass on three sides.
Each of the six bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans,
Dish Network television, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, coffee-making facilities and
louvered windows to capture the tropical breezes. Rooms are located in four separate
areas, providing privacy and variety.
The Buck Island Suite: Bedroom (22’x16”). With spectacular views of Buck Island
National Monument and the Caribbean Sea, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to
relax and unwind. Enter into a spacious sitting room that connects to an over-sized
bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a tranquil dual shower with
expansive views of the sea, Green Cay and Buck Island. The king-bedded bedroom opens
onto a large, private balcony with full views of the islands, and ever-present pelicans
diving right offshore.
Great Room: The main house of The Buccaneer Beach House offers a full kitchen and
living/dining room with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. With floor to ceiling
glass and screened windows on three sides, delightful easterly breezes flow through year
‘round.
Living Room: (20’x33’) Comfortably furnished including sectional
couch, television, card table, dining table and ceiling fans.
Kitchen: (20’x11’) Stove, oven, coffee-maker, blender, microwave,
toaster oven, dishwasher, water cooler, two refrigerators, dishes, glassware
and utensils, washer and dryer. Both charcoal and gas grills are available
poolside.
The two bedrooms in the main house each have their own private exterior entrances. The
main house also has additional half bath, perfect for those relaxing poolside.
Orchid Room: (18’x14’ plus bath) Featuring a king bed, this room offers
dual entrances with close proximity to the pool and Great Room. It has a
separate walk-in closet area as well as a full bath with shower, double
sinks, granite vanity.
Flamboyant Room: (18’x16’ plus bath) Features two queen beds,
tub/shower combination, walk-in closet area. Double sinks, granite
vanity. Close to Great Room and pool; dual entrances.
The Cottage: Located at the front of the property, poolside, The Cottage features two
bedrooms, as well as a secluded sitting area with private access. The sitting area, “Sand
Dollar”, can also serve as a bedroom with a twin-sized day bed. Bedroom 2 is just off of
the sitting area and boasts a large bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. This
spacious bedroom features a king bed with a private entrance that is set back from the
pool area.
Seahorse Room: (17’ x 11’ plus alcove). King bed and shower/tub
combination.
Starfish Suite: (13’x21’) King bed, large bath with step-down shower,
double sinks, granite vanity. Connects via the bathroom or through a
separate door to:
Sand Dollar (sitting area) (9’ x 10’) twin day bed
The Carriage House: Located towards the rear of the property, this area contains a
bedroom, bath and kitchen/living area.
The Carriage House Bedroom: King bed and tub/shower combination.
The Carriage House Kitchen/Living Area: Refrigerator, sink, couch,
sitting area.
