Central Michigan University FIELDWORK ASSIGNMENT Disney College Program Center for Leisure Services Dept. of Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services Administration RPL 318 (1-12 cr) Students will receive a letter grade for the fieldwork credit in which they enroll. It is most important that the student fulfill their job responsibilities to the best of their ability, because considerable weight is given to the student’s actual performance. A poorly completed written assignment will result in a lower grade, even if the student’s work performance is excellent. Grading Criteria 1. Final Performance Evaluation = 60% of grade Other Assignments = 40% of grade Includes paper, (2) networking interviews and completion of (1) Disney course. Reflection Paper Submit a professional report between 5-10+ pages addressing the questions below. Format your paper in any fashion that you desire (single or double space). Begin each answer with the number of the question you are addressing (1-14). A. Work Experience 1. Describe your position, work site and training. Anything you would change? 2.
