Title: A Comprehensive Look at Psychological Effects and Treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Military Combat Veterans Completed an extensive literature review resulting in a 65 page document. Two major studies are reviewed in detail describing research in exposure therapy, stress inoculation therapy and cognitive restructuring. These interventions were compared and contrasted.
