GRADUATION- JUNE 25, 2015
Graduation exercises will be held at 6pm on Thursday, JUNE 25th on
the Tottenville High School Athletic Field.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL!!!
There will be a mandatory graduation rehearsal on Monday, June 22nd . Students
whose last names begin with A-L should report at 10am to Gymnasium A/B and enter
through the HUT GATE. Students whose last names begin with M-Z should report at
11am to the Gymnasium A/B and enter through the HUT GATE. All NHS members
should report at 10am. All seniors are required to attend as graduation tickets will be
given out at this time. You may not report early- absolutely no exceptions will be made
to this policy. If you are scheduled to take a Regents you may report to the S.O. after
your exam or the next day.
MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION TO FOLLOW!
YOU MUST HAVE SCHOOL I.D.
& A SENIOR DUES RECEIPT FOR PICK UP.
Caps and gowns, senior t-shirts, and yearbooks will be distributed on Monday, June
22nd immediately following Graduation rehearsal. Attendance of all candidates for
graduation is mandatory. Please report directly to the HUT GATES on Chisholm St
for Entrance to Graduation Rehearsal at your assigned time (see above).
***In order to receive necessary graduation materials, all school accounts
must be cleared. (i.e. textbooks, library books, school equipment, ROTC
uniforms, and calculators)***
GRADUATION!!!
Graduation exercises will be held Thursday, JUNE 25th on the Tottenville High
School Athletic Field (100 Luten Avenue) at 6pm. All candidates for graduation must
report to their designated areas, which will be discussed at rehearsal, at 4:30pm.
Graduation tickets will be distributed at GRADUATION REHEARSAL on
Monday, June 22nd. Each graduate will receive 4 tickets for guests. Graduation will be
held rain or shine. There is NO RAIN DATE!
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!
The final day of school is Friday, June 26th. On this day, report cards, diplomas and
diploma cases will be distributed. ALL GRADUATES should report to the Auditorium
Lobby (through the D-WING Entrance) for your classroom assignments, which will be
posted on the walls at 10 am. IF YOU MISS THE PICK UP TIME, DIPLOMAS &
REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE RECORDS ROOM UNTIL
JULY 8th .
*NB: PROM TICKETS!! Prom tickets may be picked up at the D-wing Basement desk on
Monday, June 8th & Tuesday, June 9th between periods 2 and 5 (8am-11:30am). If you have
not submitted your Prom permission slips to the SO, you WILL NOT receive your tickets.
