Introduction
This manual has been developed for the purpose of helping residents of the
Northeastern NC Regional HIV Network of Care locate needed services.
Inclusion or lack of inclusion in this directory does not indicate an endorsement
or lack of an endorsement on the part of the collaborators.
This directory will be available to medical case managers, HIV testing and
counseling personnel, administrators, other staff, volunteers, and clients in the
Region 9 Network of Care to provide essential information facilitating referrals
and initial access to core medical providers, support agencies, and other related
services in the region.
Hertford County Public Health Authority collected the information in this
resource manual from public sources. Please advise us if you discover any
incorrect, incomplete or out of date information so we can make the necessary
