The PIDC Beauty Pageant is an event organized by volunteers from the Filipino Canadian
Community. Our goal is to foster unity among Filipino Canadians and to promote better
understanding of the Filipino Culture in the community in particular, and with the Canadian
people in general. It is sponsored by civic-minded businessmen and individuals.
The Role of Miss Philippines and Little Miss Philippines – PIDC 2014:
The Miss Philippines and Little Miss Philippines - PIDC will serve as Ambassadress of Goodwill to
all activities within the Filipino and multi-cultural communities that PIDC is involved in. They will
promote not only the Filipino Culture, but Philippine Tourism as well. They will serve as a role
model to the youth, showcasing the beauty, the talents and the virtues of a young Filipina.
