User Group Fundraising Opportunities
Admission gates ( Adults)
One (1) group of six (6) for FRIDAY. One (1) group of six (6) for SATURDAY
Hours required 5:30pm -12:30pm (7) hours
$630.00 donation per group
Beer garden ( MUST BE 18 OR OLDER)
One Group of twenty (20) for FRIDAY. One group of twenty (20) for SATURDAY
Hours required 5:30 pm – 1:30 am (8) hours
$2400.00 donation per group
Security ( MUST BE 18 OR OLDER)
Four (4) groups twelve (12) for FRIDAY. Four (4) groups twelve (12) for SATURDAY
Hours required 5:30 pm – until released approx (9) hours
$1650.00 donation per group
Stage set-up ( some heavy lifting Adults)
One group of twelve (12) for THURSDAY.
Hours required 10 am – 6 pm approx (8) hours
$1450.00 Donation
Grounds set-up ( 13 yrs or older)
One group of ten (10) THURSDAY
Hours required 11 am – 4pm approx (5) hours
$750.00 Donation
Grounds Clean-up Saturday ( 13 yrs or older)
One group of ten (10) SATURDAY
Hours required 12 noon – 4pm approx (4) hours
$ 600.00 Donation
Riverfront park grounds help (SATURDAY 13 yrs or older)
One group of ten (10) ride assistants. Two (2) groups of four (4) help set up, take down, and with breaks
Hours required 11 am – 6 pm approx (7) hours

Grounds/Stage Tear-Down ( Some Heavy lifting adults)
