Dear recipient,
You kindly completed an online questionnaire before Christmas, contributing to my research project
on the uses of stored collections. Your questionnaire replies were very useful. You provided details
for possible future contact.
Just to recap, I am working on a research project looking at the uses of UK museums' stored
collections. Many respondents said that they would like to see more online catalogues of collections.
It would be very helpful if you could provide some more details about what you would like to find in
such catalogues, if you have time, in this further short questionnaire.
For information on the project, please see http://www.ucl.ac.uk/storedcollections/
Thank you very much in advance for your time and trouble,
yours sincerely

Technical notes:
Please complete all questions except that your personal details are of course optional.
You can save your replies and return later - an entry code ("ticket') will be emailed to you.
The questionnaire isn't sent until the screen clears and you see a 'thank you' message. If you still see
the questionnaire, please scroll down until you see some red text requesting you to answer a
question.
Any personal information you provide is protected by the Data Protection Act and UCL's ethics
policies. It will be removed after the questionnaires have been processed. No data or information or
comments will be associated with any individual museum or person. The data will eventually be
stored in an academic repository for possible future research.
