locations local to or remote from the
associated resources.

[NEC] confused about what “stored
locally/ stored remotely” means
[ALU] Is remote – external to the M2M
System? Is so I think you have 2
requirements; if not I don’t believe
remote/local is relevant.
[ALU] Is same information the values
along with the metadata? Sounds like its
only the metadata and not the actual values
but what about links…

comment.
