By submitting this article to the Online Journal of Bioinformatics and the Online Journal of Bioinformatics reviewing and editing
the article, the undersigned authors hereby agree to an assignment of all their rights including all copyright in the said Article
and abstract to the Online Journal of Bioinformatics such assignment to take effect without formality upon acceptance of the
Article for publication in the Journal. Upon such assignment, you confirm that the Publisher may publish the Article in any print
or electronic medium
By your submission of the Article you warrant that the Article is an original work on your part and has not been submitted for
publication or been published elsewhere and you grant to the Publisher the right to pre-publish an Abstract of the Article in any

If the Article is accepted for publication in the Journal then such acceptance shall be in reliance upon your warranties that the
Article is your original work and has not been submitted for publication or published elsewhere and that, if the Article contains
copyright material owned by others, written permission has been obtained from the copyright owner to republish such material
in any print or electronic medium and that you have included appropriate acknowledgement of such rights in the Article. You
hereby agree to an assignment by you of all your rights including all copyright in the said Article and abstract to the Online
Journal of Bioinformatics (for government employees: to the extent transferable) such assignment to take effect without

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity
thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Copyright Institute (Australia) This Agreement shall
be governed by the laws of Australia.
If the submission is not published by The Online Journal of Bioinformatics ownership and copyright will revert to the authors
