Application Checklist for SAHE Applicants
Please submit the Graduate School Application online:

Application for Admission to the Colorado State University Graduate School

$50 Nonrefundable Processing Fee
After you have completed the online application to Graduate School, you will receive a CSUID number
via email. Please log in and obtain your eID:
 You can create an eID through RAMweb - select “Create an Account (eID)”.

Using your eID number, please submit the following application materials online via the SAHE
website no later than January 2, 2013.

Statement of Purpose
 Summary of long-term professional or personal goals. Include a statement on how this
learning will contribute to your long-term goals and a list of factors that led you to consider
Colorado State for graduate study.

SAHE Program/Graduate Assistantship Application Form

Resume
 Include any previous experience in student affairs, along with position titles, dates of
employment, institutions, and major responsibilities

Letters of Reference
 Provide three letters of reference: one from a faculty member, one from a student affairs
professional, and one from a current or recent supervisor.

Official Transcript(s)
 Request one official transcript from each college or university attended to be sent to the
department to which you are applying (Colorado State University transcripts are not
required).


Official transcripts will need to be mailed and cannot be submitted electronically. Please
