WORK EXPERIENCE:
 Aquatic Supervisor, Parks & Recreation Department, City of Cape Girardeau, MO.
Responsible for the administration, operation, budgeting, maintenance, and supervision of
two public aquatic facilities. Hire, train, evaluate, supervise and schedule all part-time and
full-time staff for each facility. Supervise and coordinate all aquatic programs, special
events, and parties at each facility. Assist department in multiple special events, community
events, programs, and staff trainings. Work closely with the Cape Girardeau Public School
District in maintaining the air structure over Central Municipal Pool as well as scheduling
all aquatic school activities, P.E. classes, and athletic practices, (2004-present).

High School Assistant Swimming & Diving Coach, Cape Girardeau Public School
District, Cape Girardeau, MO. Responsible for assisting the Central High School Head
Coach with practices and meets for both the boys and girls teams, as well as, driving the
student athletes to meets, (2006-present).

M.S.H.S.A.A. Swimming & Diving Official, Cape Girardeau Public School District, City
of Cape Girardeau, MO. Responsible for officiating Central High School Swimming &
Diving Meets for the boys & girls seasons, (2004-2006).

Manager/Lifeguard, Parks & Recreation Department, City of Cape Girardeau, MO.
Responsible for assisting with administration, staff supervision, staff scheduling, facility
supervision and operation, preventing accidents, and providing emergency response. Also
assisting with the coordination of the Steamboat Classic and Youth Triathlons, (2001-2004).


preventing accidents and providing emergency response in Parker Pool, (2002).


for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the pool deck along with cleaning and
maintaining the appearance of both men’s and women’s locker rooms connected to the pool
in the Student Recreation Center, (2000).
