Whidbey Institute/South Whidbey School District/Good Cheer Food Bank Community Gardening Leadership Training 2015 APPLICATION The goal of this training is to develop leaders in sustainable community gardening. The internship combines hands-on, practical growing skills in small-scale food production with the leadership skills needed to initiate and manage community gardening projects, to coordinate volunteers, and to implement education and outreach programs. The training will take place in the Good Cheer Food Bank Garden, the Whidbey Institute Westgarden, and the gardens in the South Whidbey School District. Please read the attached Training Description.
