VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Leisure Learning Specialist
We are looking for a Leisure Learning (Recreation) Specialist. You will report to the
Leisure Learning Supervisor. Responsible for conducting leisure learning activities
and assisting the supervisor in planning, implementation and coordination of a
recreation/avocation program designed to meet the needs of the students, in
compliance with government and management directives. Plan Activities. Provide
staff supervisor in the absence of the supervisor. Coordinate the new enrollee
leisure learning orientation program. Perform all duties ascribed to the leisure
learning advisors.

improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training.
At Inland Empire Job Corps Center, we support the Job Corps program's mission
of teaching eligible young people the skills they need to become employable and
independent and placing them in meaningful jobs or further education.
Requirements: Associate of Arts degree or one year related experience working with
youth required preferably in organized recreational activities. Excellent written and
verbal communications skills and computer proficiency also required. Valid CA
commercial driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must submit to drug screen, background and DMV check prior to employment.
Salary range: $13.14-$19.71
