Since 22nd June 2009 to till date with Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology,
Greater Noida.
Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology is a renowned degree Engineering
college in Greater Noida Approved by AICTE, HRD Govt. of India and affiliated
to UP Technical Uinversity Lucknow. Institute offers degree level courses in B.
Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engg,
Electronics & Communication Engg., Mechanical Engg, Chemical Engg., Civil
Engg.), B. Pharma. Institute also offers post graduate courses like MCA, MBA,
PGDM, M. Tech (EC, VLSI, ME-CAD, CS – software engg.) and M. Pharm
(Pharmaceutics). About 3700 students are studying in this institute.


Working as Registrar with independently handling Registrar Office job, Selection
Process, Inspection of Statutory Bodies including AICTE, UPTU
inspection/visit, PCI etc.
Independently handling selection process, responsible for compliance report,
report for increase in intake, detailed report for AICTE inspection & NBA team.


Responsible for all administrative functions of the institute including
development of manpower in proper manner.
Responsible for all admission process of the institute including management
quota admission/vacant seats.
Since October 2005 to June 2009 – with IEC Group of Colleges (IEC College
of Engineering & Technology, IEC Institute of Hotel Management, IEC
Institute of MCA & IEC Business School).





IEC College of Engineering & Technology is a reputed Degree Engineering
College in Greater Noida approved by AICTE , MHRD Govt. of India and
affiliated to UP Technical University Lucknow. The institute is offering
undergraduate degree courses in Engineering (B.Tech), Pharmacy & Post
Graduate Courses in MCA, MBA & M.Tech. The college stands for quality

Deals with the students of B.Tech. (EE, ME, CS, IT, EC & Civil), B.Pharma,

Performing all the duties of Registrar’s job and assisting Controller of
Examination & Dean (academics) on ordinance and smooth functioning as per
university guidelines &general administration of Institute.
Deals with personal files of Administrative staff, faculty and all employees of
college.
Liase with District Social Welfare Department in connection with SC/ST/OBC
students regarding their reimbursement of scholarship fees .
Responsible for issuance Bonafide, Provisional & other Certificates to students.
Liase with AICTE for intake approval and affiliation of courses.
Assisting Director in the college administration by giving all statistical report.
Dealing with examination related job of college and responsible for conducting
semester examinations & Sessional test .

Ensure courteous friendly and timely responses to telephonic, written, personal,
facsimile request for information regarding students records.
Certify official transcripts to authorized personnel seeking those documents.

Accreditation of 04 B.Tech courses i.e Electronics & Communication Engineering,
Electrical Engineering Jan, 2006 and B.Tech. (Computer Science & Mechanical
Engineering in March, 2007).

Dealing with foreign students regarding their academic affairs as foreign student
advisor.






Making Close liasoning with Regional Foreign Registration Office (FRRO) for
foreign student detail..
Liason with Indian Council of Cultural Relation (ICCR) for those foreign
students who came for studies through scholarship . Giving detail result status
of each student of the respective countries.
Deal in admission process of Management Quota Students, Monitoring
academic activities of college .
Liase with all Head Of the Department for smooth functioning of Semester
Examination, Class Test.
Monitoring all the activities of college that includes admission, academics,
administration and placement.
Performing as part time faculty for MBA (HR & Marketing) whenever needed.
Since Dec. 2000 to Aug., 2005 – with Indian Air Force


Manning personal files of almost 5000 individual of a Air Force unit single
handedly keeping details of leave plan, LTC, Personal Details, Making payroll
for allowances pertaining to payment details.
Assist in making performance appraisal report of the employees of a unit looking
into minute details of individual’s discipline, trade proficiency and general
behaviors.



