C and C Church Fellowship Program !
Located at Kim and Claudette Shira’s Resort

Hello Everyone! On behalf of my wife Claudette, my daughter Chantell and her husband
Blake, thank you for taking the time to look at our new project. Countless church groups
come to our resort. We hear the same comments from the church leaders “we can’t get the
mothers and fathers to attend church on a regular basis”. We need to reach out to them!
Ok, we have an idea to offer you. It is what we are calling the C and C Church Fellowship Program! We are using our resort
for this program and have been listening to our Lord Jesus on what to build. They include a 35 foot waterfall, a trophy fishing
area, a children fishing pond, a pavilion with outdoor cooking area, a peninsula with a beautiful gazebo on fishing pond, a
baptism area, a swimming dock, three large crosses at the end of a 3000 foot pond dam, an Olympic skeet shooting range, a
clubhouse in case of bad weather, plenty of land to enjoy the great outdoors, a 4 wheeler trail, a pistol shooting range, and a
rare 1874 baby cemetery. All can be used for your church group!
Most of the program will be done in the large pavilion that can be see in these photos. Here we can have a bible study, a
fellowship meeting, a ladies retreat, a men’s retreat, etc. We have different packages to offer your church.
Basic Package = This comes with the use of the pavilion, lunch or dinner which includes your choice of the menu listed on the
next page. Also a wagon tour to Serenity Hill, an 1874 baby cemetery, fishing, group fellowship at this beautiful location.
Can be done in the morning then lunch, or evening with a dinner. The cost of this package is $23.00 pp. All the rest is a
donation to your church from us. Our way of giving back to your church and it’s members.
Deluxe Package = This comes with the use of the pavilion, lunch or dinner which includes and up-grade in choice of food.
Also the wagon tour to Serenity Hill, the 1874 baby cemetery, fishing, group fellowship at this beautiful location. Can be done
in the morning then lunch, or evening and a dinner, just like the basic package above. The cost of this package is $33.00 pp.
Again, all the rest is a donation to your church from us.
Elite Package = This comes with the use of the pavilion, lunch or dinner which includes another up-grade in choice of food.
Also the wagon tour to Serenity Hill, the 1874 baby cemetery, fishing, group fellowship at this beautiful location. Also can be
done in the morning then lunch, or evening and a dinner. The cost of this package is $43.00 pp. see the menu on the next
page. Once again, all the rest is a donation to your church from us.
All cooking will be done by Chantell Rather our resort cook. She includes her special HOMEMADE DESSERTS, see the pie’s
on the next page. You and your church leaders come and visit, create a relationship and develop fellowship among the church
members. We advise all ladies or all men to come, but couples are welcome too. We want to build a church relationship with
the leaders of the church and it members. But, we are flexible and fully understand each church is different. We adjust to
most all requests. We are doing this to pass the blessings! She will take care of food, while
YOU make memories with your church attendees!
On any of the above packages Olympic Skeet Shooting can be added at the cost of shells and
targets, about $15.00 pp. Also a putting green and chipping area for those that love golf.
We want to pass the blessing to church groups. Jesus has blessed us and keeps doing so, we
have done all this in His honor. WE WANT TO HELP CHURCHES GROW!
If an over- night stay is needed for the people attending or speakers, etc. No problem, we are
one of the largest customers for the Joplin, Mo. Holiday Inn. Only 20 minutes away!
Accordingly we can use our package which is only $42.00 pp with two per room and comes with a breakfast as well! Also at
the end of the day we will make a group photo for all. It will be a day to remember! Tours are available for you to come and
see the resort prior to a church commitment. We hope you will consider our program for your church. We would love to help
your church grow!
