1. ORDERS FOR COOLED SEMEN must be received by 8am Central Time
on the collection and shipping days Monday, Wednesday or Friday and at
least 24 hrs in advance for orders outside the lower 48 US States. We
suggest you request a shipment 24 hrs in advance if possible, as orders
are filled on an “as available” basis in the order they are received.
2. Unless alternative arrangements are made 48 hours in advance, semen
is shipped by Federal Express Priority Overnight in regular disposable
containers. A special shipping container may be purchased at the mare
owner’s expense that is rated to keep semen cooled for a longer period of
time to accommodate Sunday or Monday morning inseminations.
3. The first shipment of cooled semen is free. Charges for additional
orders below include costs for collection and shipping in regular
disposable containers. There are no other charges. Check one box:
 $185 per order and shipment for overnight delivery in USA.;
 $350 per order and shipment for overnight delivery to Canada.
 $395 per order and shipment for same day delivery in USA.
 $100 collection and packaging fee to pick semen up at the farm.
4. All fees and delivery times are subject to change and based on the
Federal Express rates, schedules and availability which are the mare
owner’s responsibility to determine and disclose for their area.
Add $35 per shipment additional charge for Saturday Fed Ex delivery

You may require another shipment of semen which is at the mare owner’s
expense. To avoid delays, you can pre-pay 1 additional delivery of semen
with a check or by using PayPal. We will refund this payment within 14 days
if you do not require the additional shipment of cooled semen.

1. MARES AND ANY FOAL DELIVERED TO THE BREEDING FARM
are required to have a current Coggins test within 6 months, worming
and vaccination records and a veterinarian's health certificate.
2. The mare and any foal must be free from infectious or contagious
disease and be halter broken. Please let us know if the mare or foal
has special needs or a medical history that we need to be aware of.
3. The stallion manager will diligently try and settle the mare and perform
all services in accordance with accepted industry standards including,
but not limited to hiring a veterinarian or other equine specialist to
care for the mare owner's horse, at the mare owner's expense.
4. Mare care and board is $20 per day for a mare or mare and foal in a
stall, bedded with shavings, under lights. We do not foal mares out or
perform embryo transfers, but can make recommendations.
5. The stallion manager requires 48 hours advance notice for delivery or
pick up and all bills must be paid prior to the release of the mare by
PayPal, cashier’s check or cash. You may use PayPal to pay all bills.
6.
Responsibility for insurance and risk of loss passes to the horse
owner with this contract. Owner assumes the unavoidable risks
inherent in all horse-related activities including, but not limited to
accident, theft, illness, death, loss, damage and injury to the horse,
owner, owner's family friends or employees that may accompany
them to the breeding farm.
7. Owner agrees to look solely to his/her insurance for compensation for
any such loss, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the stallion
manager, Triple B Ranch, their families, agents or employees.
8. Please check this box if the mare is coming to the breeding farm.

The mare owner has paid for a breeding to the stallion Kids Gold Style. Stallings Equine Management is acting solely as the stallion manager for Triple
B Ranch by collecting, shipping or breeding mares to this stallion. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no other
agreements, whether verbal or implied, are included. The mare owner's account must be paid in full with U.S. Dollars by PayPal, cashier's check or
bank wire transfer prior to receiving a shipment of semen or taking possession of any horses left at the breeding farm. Payment past due thirty days will
be considered a default and the stallion manager is entitled to exercise all legal remedies available to collect the amount due at the mare owner's
expense. The mare owner must provide a copy of any breed association embryo transfer permit, if applicable. The mare owner's signature on this
contract attests that they have read and agreed to all of the conditions outlined herein, and accept this contract as a legal and binding instrument on
behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns. The mare owner agrees that this contract is made and entered into, in the County of Denton,
State of Texas and that it shall be interpreted and enforced therein, under the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of the manner of solicitation.
Please do not mail or fax this form and expect to receive semen. Use the online form and PayPal or Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer to order semen or pay
for mare care or semen shipping charges. WARNING: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code) an equine professional is not
liable for any injury or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

