4th UAE Ideas Conference & Award 2015
Introduction
Eligibility
UAE Ideas Competition 2015 reward ideas
implemented by organizations throughout the
calendar year 2014-2015. This competition
seeks to recognize employees and organizations
for their best ideas.
1. Any idea that was implemented during
the year 2014-2015.
2. Companies,
organisation
and
Individuals are welcome to submit
their implemented ideas.
3. Please select your category carefully.
4. An
implemented
idea
jointly
developed by two or more companies.
5. Maximum of two entries per category
per company / establishment/
individual otherwise it will be
disqualified.
6. Application form must be accurate and
updated. (Must be submitted in
Microsoft Word).
7. Be sure to include 3 printed copies and
1 PDF copy of your document
including application form and all
supporting
documents
(Photos,
Reports, Schematics and multimedia).
All documents should be clear and
readable. A maximum of 4 pages
describing your idea and its
implementation and a maximum of 6
pages for supporting document
including photos and schematics if
any.((Please do not send us original
documents))
8. Dubai Quality Group will arrange the final
judging timetable. Shortlisted must be
available at their allotted times with
supporting documents.
9. The judges have absolute discretion and
their decision is final.
No further
correspondence will be entertained.
10. DQG will not accept any application
submitted after September 15, 2015.
Participation in the competition has many
benefits. It provides additional recognition to
employees and individuals, highlighting how
employee involvement can benefit organizations
and communities.

1- Innovation in promoting Arabic language.
2- Innovation in promoting National Identity.
3- Innovation in promoting, encouraging and
empowerment of UAE citizens.
4- Promoting, marketing and representation
of UAE abroad.
5- Promoting voluntary and humanitarian
work.
6- Promoting e-Government.
7- Promoting environmental work. (Eco
Applications)
8- Promoting business.
9- Media coverage of a national initiative
10- Promoting Emirati inventors (Young
Inventor and Overall Inventor)
The Award
There will be only one winner in each category. In
addition to “Idea of the year” Award which will
select the best winning idea among all categories
and reward it. The winners will be announced on
October 27, 2015 at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel
Dubai.

11. Dubai Quality Group may publish a summary of
any idea submitted in any form of media.
12. Participating in this award is free.
13. Winning ideas will be announced at the Award
Ceremony on October 27, 2015 at JW Marriott
Marquis Hotel Dubai.
Guidance
-
Clearly identify the Idea and the method of
implementation.
Provide a brief summary of the idea (Around 35
words).
List specific details of the idea that make it
unique, significant, different etc.
List all benefits & results from the
implemented idea:

 Financial (must be supported with
evidence)
Applications
Application should be submitted no later than
the 3:30 pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.
All application submitted after this date will be
void.
