Atul Auto Unveils Gemini Dz to Expand Domestic Market Share
Kochi: Atul Auto Ltd, India’s one of the leading 3 wheeler Manufacturer Company launched its 395cc 4Stroke diesel three wheeler, Gemini Dz in Trivandrum. Three-Wheeler commercial vehicles have always
played a very important role in transportation of material and commuters at the most economical cost in

Gemini Dz will come with powerful 7.4 HP diesel engine, electric start and many other superior features and

Atul Auto has seen significant growth in net profit in the fiscal year 2012-13. For the fiscal year, the company
posted stand-alone net profit of Rs.25.92 crore, compared with Rs.15.60 crore last year, an increase of 66
percent. During the year, the company sold 32,040 vehicles, compared to 27,000 units last year, reflecting a
growth of 18.67% percent. Atul Auto Ltd. has declared a final dividend of 60 percent or Rs.6.00 per equity
share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2013.
