ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Velammal Engineering College was established in the
year 1995 - 96 to impart quality education. It is a
self financing non-minority institution, affiliated to
Anna University, approved and accrediated by the All
India Council forTechnical Education (AICTE). This
college is
also
accredited with A+ grade by
NAAC.
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Information Technology was
started in the year 1999, with the aim of catering to
the increasing need for quality IT professionals in the
nation’s march towards the digital age. This
Department offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in
Information Technology. Being the member of the
Velammal family, the Department is committed to
impart quality technical knowledge and develop the
necessary skills to enable students to successfully
meet real world challenges. The Department boasts
of having conducted similar conferences in the
recent past, besides the annual National Level
Technical Symposiums, Workshops and Training
programmes. The excellent placement records of the
Department adds another feather to its cap.

PAPER SUBMISSION
The paper submitted must be an original
contribution and must not have been published or
presented elsewhere earlier. Authors of the
accepted papers should assure that atleast one of
the authors will attend the conference to present
the paper. The first page must contain only the Tiltle,
Author name and Abstract. Length of the paper
should not exceed 8 pages in total. IEEE format
should be followed. The papers of only the
registered candidates will be published in the
conference proceedings.
Submitted papers will be assessed by atleast two
reviewers. Best papers will be published in
International Journal of Computer Science
Engineering & Information Technology Research and
also in International Journal of
Computer Networking, Wireless & Mobile
Communications.
