MOLECULAR BIOLOGY – Electro Phoresis (SDS PAGE), Agarose Gel Electro Phoresis ,
DNA Isolation, RNA Isolation, Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Real time PCR,
RTPCR, induction of protein expression and subsequent purification, western blotting
and extractions.
TISSUE CULTURE - Maintenance of transient polyclonal and stable cell lines , Primary
cultures of adult mesenchymal stem cells isolated from blood and bone marrow. Cell
migration assay.
EMBRYOLOGY- Techniques of somatic nuclear transfer including regular or
piezodriven embryo micromanipulation, Cell electrofusion, embryo and polar body
biopsy, Embryo biopsy.
Embryo culture and In vitro fertilization methods including sperm and oocyte isolation,
IVF, Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in mouse and human

Study of A2 Adenosine receptors on production and migration of fibrocytes precursors
and their role in wound healing.
