GREAT MEADOWS MIDDLE SCHOOL
LIP SYNC / TALENT SHOW
The Great Meadows Middle School will be holding a Lip Sync/Talent Show on
Friday, April 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., in the Gymnasium at the Middle School.
The cost is $4.00 in advance or $5.00 at the door the night of the show.
We are asking that all students attending be accompanied by their parent(s) or
guardian(s). No student will be allowed without an adult. Please sign and return
the permission slip below and list all people that will be attending.
The permission slip must be returned to your child’s homeroom teacher no later
than Friday, April 20th, if you and your child will be attending the show.
