People credited with this unit standard are able to comply with quality management procedures in an accredited laboratory. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Comply with quality management procedures in an accredited laboratory. Range document control, complaints, non-conformance processes, corrective action, preventative action, control of records, test procedures, equipment requirements, sampling requirements, quality of results, recording of data. Evidence requirements 1.1 Quality management procedures are followed in accordance with the laboratory quality management system. 1.2 The relevance of each quality management procedure to the accredited laboratory is explained and is consistent with the laboratory quality management system.
