MAIN DUTIES
To take full responsibility for the Association’s junior squad coaching sessions.
To maintain high ethical standards in coaching, ensure they keep up-to-date with their
knowledge, skills and qualifications and prepare all coaching sessions in advance.
To educate the players and parents regarding what is expected of them throughout
the season.
To undertake training appropriate to the role e.g. any necessary coaching
qualifications.
CRB Disclosure - 
Undertake a Protecting and Safeguarding Children workshop
To work with and include coaches and assistant coaches in the preparation and
running of each session.
To attend IOMBA and necessary Junior Committee meetings and report on progress.
To offer the IOMBA feedback on the organisation and degree of success of junior
coaching and competitions.
To assist in organising squad coaching sessions and coaches to assist in delivering
the sessions.
To lead and assist in the selection of junior and other relevant teams.
To travel to competitions with the junior team(s).
Work with junior squad coaches (and other relevant coaches) and assist in organising
attendance at off Island competitions and events. All off-island competition and event
information to be sent to parents / guardians in advance of travel.
To inform the Coaching Co-ordinator or Committee in advance of any sessions that
cannot be attended.
