preparation for proteomics, including protein extraction, clean-up and quantification (Bradford assay;
and A280 nm) (ii) protein separation/fractionation using gel electrophoresis (1D and 2D); (iii) in-gel/ insolution protein reduction/ alkylation and protein digestion; (iv) µHPLC-MALDI for protein identification
using shotgun-proteomics; (v) proficient user of ultrasonic devices, including ultrasonic bath,
sonoreactor and ultrasonic probe.
