Full Set of Multimodal Transport document consigned to the order of the Issuer marked notify Applicant (Baghdad Iraq) indicating the name
of the carrier or Multimodal transport operator,

This Credit is subject to the UCP (the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits 1993

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY AGREES TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE AGREEMENT, ALL
