Date is entered into Excent and student’s folder is placed in Speech Therapist’s box at ESE Dept. 5. Parent is notified that evaluation will be conducted 6. Evaluation is completed and report is written 7. Although a timeline no longer exists for meeting notification, it is still best practice to give parents a 7-day notice.
