CABLE TV REQUIREMENTS
We require TOTAL BASIC CABLE SERVICE. This is channels 1-99 minus the
movie channels. The cost is currently about $45 per month. Comcast’s phone number is:
(239) 793-3577. You can convert back to minimum basic when your unit is not in use.
There is no cost to down grade. The cost to upgrade is $26. Ask yourself….is TV
important to the general public? High-speed Internet access is also required for the
months your home is rented. You may cancel the service for lengths of time that the
home is unoccupied.
PHONE SERVICE
We suggest putting a block on your phone preventing any long distance usage. Having
local phone service, however, is required.
