INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES MINOR
The Interdisciplinary Studies Minor is designed to give students in the 10-14 program a broad liberal arts background for
teaching on interdisciplinary teams in middle level schools. Building on the general education requirements, students will
choose two (2) areas of concentration and will take additional course(s) in two (2) other areas. The minor will
consist of at least 2-4 credits chosen from suggested courses to total at least nine (9) credits in two (2) areas and at
least three (3) credits in two (2) other areas, in addition to the general education requirements.
